Damson for iPhone
Everything Damson does
Damson is an iPhone app for PCOS, now also called PMOS: a cycle-aware food log, a symptom tracker and a place to ask questions of your own record. Here is every part of it, one page each.
The record is free and stays free. It never grades a plate, never counts calories for you, and never decides what kind of PCOS you have.
Damson is on the App Store.
Free to download, and the record is free to keep. No ads, and nothing to cancel later that you did not choose.
Download on the App StoreEvery way a meal gets in
However the meal reaches you, it lands in the same record, and you confirm every food before it is saved.
-
Photo scan Photograph your plate. Damson names the foods and estimates the grams, and you confirm every one.
-
Barcode scanner Scan a packet and the product comes from Open Food Facts. Free and unlimited.
-
Restaurant menu Photograph a menu at the table and see the dishes beside your day so far.
-
TikTok recipes Paste or share a recipe post and confirm the foods it lists.
-
Instagram recipes Share a recipe post or reel and Damson reads the caption and cover image together.
-
Google Maps Share a place and see the kind of kitchen and what people usually order there.
-
Search and describe Find a food by name, type the meal in your own words, or write it yourself.
Everything around the meal
How it sat, what you felt, where you are in your cycle, and what all of it adds up to, kept in one record on your iPhone.
-

-

-

What is free, and what is the full Damson
Free for good: logging meals, your cycle, symptoms, notes and check-ins, the appointment page, and everything you ever recorded. One photo or link read a day, three questions a day and three meal ideas a week. Barcode and search are unlimited for everyone.
The full Damson is a subscription with a free trial. It lifts the daily limits on photo and link reads and questions, and adds the restaurant menu read, the plate library and the longer-running pattern readings. Prices are shown in the App Store for your country.
Your records live on your iPhone and sync to your own iCloud. They are not sold, not used for advertising and not used to train models. Read the privacy policy.
